Frustrated with all of the quick-fix, 10-minute check-in coaching programs and computer/analytical/analogue coaching programs, Victoria decided to build Wellbeing Coaches where certified coaches offer one-
on-one coaching experiences to clients. These highly-credentialed coaches work in partnership with clients to dive deep and develop the tools to achieve happiness throughout their lives. As the concept of Wellbeing Coaches began to take shape, Victoria reached out to Dr. Janis DiMonaco, Founder, President and CEO of HMC HealthWorks, a company that specializes in wellness, mental health, and chronic disease management and has worked to reduce the healthcare spend for organizations by improving the health and quality of life of employees for nearly 40 years. A partnership between Wellbeing Coaches and HMC HealthWorks was the clear next step, and Janis joined Victoria as a Wellbeing Coaches Founder. Dr. Janis DiMonaco began her journey into healthcare management in 1976. She launched Health Management Centers, now named HMC HealthWorks, and is the company’s founder, president and CEO. The company specializes in wellness, mental health and chronic disease management and aims to reduce the healthcare spend for organizations by improving the health and quality of life of the people the organizations employ. With a PhD in psychology and as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Dr. DiMonaco offers the following sentiment.

Victoria Craze – Wellcoaches Certified Health and Wellness Coach
A native Californian, Victoria Craze grew up being very health conscious.
“I had an Italian grandmother who would send me to school with freshly-steamed artichokes,” Victoria explained. “Organic food was a way of life for me. The early lessons I learned and the way I live my life now by making wise choices in how I eat, exercise and create balance in my life appear as guiding concepts within our program.”
Frustrated by the quick-fix and ineffective coaching programs available to individuals, she built an interactive, professional coaching program using the principles from her coaching certification at Wellcoaches.
“Coaching is a unique and trusted partnership between a client and a coach,” Victoria added. “Motivation, vision definition, and SMART goal set up begin the process. We also discuss barriers and challenges, and the development of a plan to overcome them. Each relationship is built on shared accountability – from the coach to the client and from the client to himself or herself as well as to the coach.”
Victoria is also Certified Health and Wellness Coach and knows how successful the coaching process can be for individuals.
