The Toadstool has been a fixture in both Keene and Peterborough for over 50 years. The new owners are continuing the November anniversary sale.

Mmmmmm... it doesn't get any prettier or more delicious than this. If you go pick your own blueberries, raspberries, and currants at Monadnock Berries, you'll have the most spectacular views of Mt. Monadnock and the Monadnock Region as well as sweet berries to bring home with you.

Have you tried currants before? Besides being beautiful here are some of the amazing health benefits:

-good source of potassium
-naturally low in fat, cholesterol and sodium
-provides filling dietary fiber

They are great to bake with, to make jam with, garnish a salad with or to eat by themselves. Our farm has black, red and champagne currants! Come try them at 545 West Hill Road in Troy, New Hampshire.
