After an intense study and the discovery of alarming statistics concerning the health status of American’s young children, the founders of Stretch-n-Grow set out on their mission to change the course for children everywhere. From toddlers to 'tweens", we offer a wide variety of movement-based, on-site enrichment programs. Stretch-n-Grow is the world's largest network of children's fitness professionals who, each week, teach over one hundred thousand children in hundreds of cities across 15 countries to "Exercise and Eat What's Wise!"
