We are creating a new space for awesome relaxing and great conversations at The Carrriage House of Kerrville. We are naming it The Point. It has a lovely view of the Guadalupe River, the Hill Country we are know for and wildlife that shows up on a regular basis!

We love visiting this spot with friends, and family to watch a sunset or read a book…and enjoy some quiet time.

IPhones and IPads work here as well, but we prefer to leave them at the house! A break from technology.

Be sure to check out VRBO or AIRBNB for available dates. Spring books early with folks coming to view the Texas Wildflowers!

The Carriage House has the best Guests! These two ladies are gifted artists. The stayed at the Carriage House and participated several days at “paint Kerrville” an annual Plein Air event!

So fun to have artist painting on our property! Truly a special week!

This beautiful river is right down the hill from The Carriage House. You can walk, run or play under the
huge cypress tress lining the river.

If you have been to the Carriage house, Kerrville you already know this…but for those who do not…here is a quick view of the River walk you can enjoy in Kerrville.

It is a very cool walk in the summer mornings with many places to access. It is close to our home. The Guadalupe River is in the back of my property, right down the hill. Book on AirBnN or VRBO. Call 840-377-1477 for full information.
