Located on the Horseshoe Bend peninsula of the lake, the house has great access to near by restaurants, shopping, and a variety of popular attractions. The house sits on a hillside in a quiet, deep water cove, totally secluded from neighbors on either side. At the end of a long private driveway, you arrive at a modern home that sits on a hill and you mind is baffled by the fact that you can go fro
m your car, to the dock without taking a single stair to get there. As you walk through the door, you immediately gain a sense of relaxation and satisfaction. You see modern appliances in the kitchen, decor and furniture that are actually from this century, and two glass doors leading to a great view and a luxurious screen porch. Accompanied with a clean, casual, and modern style, the house is very functional and practical for the whole family. There are 5 bedrooms split between the two levels, each level with a master bedroom and access to the lake-side decks. Three bedrooms upstairs, a living room, the kitchen, and a dining room. The lower level with the second master, a 4-6 kid bunk room, a second living room, and a wet bar and full refrigerator. Enough beds and a pull out couch to sleep 14, and many more with the use of air mattresses. To maximize the use of the property, there is a tram that runs from the upper level of the house right down to the dock. Kids, grandparents, and those who are here to relax will have no problem going up and down all day long. The house has also been upgraded with a handful of cool new features. Sonos surround system allows anyone, anywhere on the property, to play what ever music they choose with separate speaker systems in the house, out on the porch, and even on the dock. The kids can be jamming out on the dock while they're swimming and the parents can relax with their own background music on the screened in porch; all controlled by a simple app on your phone. Another cool feature is the ability to turn all of the main living area's lights on and off with your phone and even adjust the temperature. And finally, a boat and two jet skis that can be rented are sitting right there in your dock so you can have some fun out on the water.
**** Home is currently under a redecorating phase, pictures will show unfinished areas such as the fire place as well as a lack of decor and bedding. The home will be ready for the 2015 rental season and pictures will be constantly updated during the process.
