Our Getaway is 1900+ Square Feet of luxury living in the middle of Lake Placid, NY. 2 large Master Bedrooms and 1 Bunk Bedroom with 3 Twin Beds, 2 Full Baths. Our home has been FULLY updated after sitting vacant for 12 years we spent the first 6 months going through a major rehab of the property. Open concept with 2 Bedrooms upstairs and 1 on main floor. EVERYTHING has been updated or replaced to

make the home feel new again. Sleeps 7 in beds and 8 with a pull out cot. Large front porch with late day sun through sunset and a screened in back porch with a year round BBQ and table for enjoying outdoor entertainment. Walk to everything in town and only short drive to Whiteface or any number of major attractions and hiking spots.

Finally got both the back stairs and front stairs done by Tom McKernan and Crew. Amazing work! Finishing it off with a new walkway to the front porch as well. Added some string lighting for fun summer nights after watching the sun set.

New Tuft and Needle Mint King Size bed is installed and VERY comfortable! This is the bed we have in both of our houses and love it. Very supportive and keeps cool.

Lots have been accomplished this fall! Some new bedding and a High end Tuft and Needle Mint bed installed. The Back Room of the Garage is now a fully soundproofed and insulated Play Room with 65 inch TV, Front Porch Painted, new lighting on back screened porch and last, but most important is we finally got our Front Yard Stairs replaced with local Adirondack Green granite from ColdSpring Stone in Ausable and installed by Tom McKernan. Great job!
