The THREE BEST lakefront homes on Shasta Lake. Retreat#1 sleeps 10, Retreat#2 sleeps 14 and Retreat #3 sleeps 12. Reserve 2 or 3 for groups 24-36. Awesome lake, mountain and wildlife views from all five large decks and most rooms. All homes feature the best location on Shasta Lake and awesome decks to enjoy the views and outside. Two have hot tubs. Sugarloaf Marina is next door and they offer boat slips for your boat at $25 a night and boat launch for $10.

We feel in love with Retreat 1 after visiting Shasta Lake for over 20 years. After staying in different vacation rentals without the rare lakefront location and many houseboats, we knew we had to have this place. We made an offer in late 2015 and bought it. With a growing return guest list that was filling up the home 9 months to 12 months before, we bought the place next door also (now retreat 2) and later our two growns sons bought #3.
