How close to the tornado path was our home? The black line is the path of the tornado and the yellow arrow is our home location. Again, we were fortunate. So many others were not. The recency, quality and style (ranch) of our home helped us tremendously. The immediate area around us looks like a war zone. We still have likely all roofing, siding, enclosed patio, some windows, huge tree down hitting the covered dock and boat and clean up to deal with but, we are able to live in it. Waiting on power (today hopefully) and gas services to be turned on.

Let me just say....the Indian Lake is in incredible shape for the upcoming 4th of July weekend! Weeds barely exist in a few spots, beaches open, water looks really clean, fishing appears to be fantastic. Thanks to ODNR, Dr. Jones, Watershed, IDLC, Advocasy group and the efforts of our elected officials. Unfortunately, it's going to take the efforts of all with good future planning to keep it going but, together we can do it! Come and enjoy😁
