Fresh strawberry filling
Frosted with vanilla whipped cream frosting.
Embellished with METALLIC gold drip, decorated with fresh flowers. Paired with chocolate covered strawberries, half with edible gold leaf and half dipped in pink fruit flavored chocolate with rose gold shimmer finish.

First cake of the day (March 3rd, 2024)
2 layers of White cake, filled with fresh strawberry filling. Frosted with vanilla whipped cream frosting. Decorated with fresh flowers and embellished with rose gold spray and edible gold leaf.

We tried something a little different. They seemed to go over well. They all sold.
A mini sparkling cider with a heart straw. Attached is a mini charcuterie box.
In the boxes:
A pepperoni Or a salami rose, a Babybel cheese, a piece of chocolate, tiny pretzels, green grapes, jumbo blueberries, and a chocolate covered strawberry. ($10 each)
We'll have more of these for the Spring/Easter vending.

SURPRISE!!
We will be popping up for Valentine's Day at the SAAB (Seneca Allegany Administration Building) this Wednesday, February 14th. We'll have chocolate covered strawberries and a few other goodies available. Stop in at the grand hall to see what we have. (During lunch rotation)

Strawberry Strussel:
A base of white chocolate, rolled in a mix that's sweet, crunchy, and oatty.
With hints maple, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
