We had a lot of fun at Neutrino Day!!
Check out the highlight reel!
We hope to see you all in July 2025!!
What started years ago as a recommendation from our Cultural Advisory Committee has become a reality. With the help from the community, we recently completed planting native flowers and grasses at Čhaŋgléška Wakȟáŋ, SURF's new ethnobotanical garden. 🌾 We are immensely grateful to have this new space for connection and collaboration.
If you’re interested in learning more about Čhaŋgléška Wakȟáŋ, we will be giving tours all morning at #NeutrinoDay this Saturday from 9 AM – 12:30 PM. 💥 Tours are free but we recommend scheduling in advance at www.neutrinoday.com/node/20
💥 New to Neutrino Day 💥
🛩 Immerse yourself in the principles of physics and engineering by building your own airplane and launching a rocket! This new activity will be going on all day at Manuel Brothers Park. 🚀
🎉 New to Neutrino Day this year is children's musician Phil Baker! 🎸 Known for his red guitar, catchy tunes, and heartfelt lyrics, Phil Baker writes and performs music to help children learn about the world around them. 🌍
He will be playing throughout the morning near the registration table and giving a performance at the Historic Homestake Opera House at 11 AM! 🕚🎶
