We closed our retail doors in March of 2019, but NOW have purchased a rental condo in Lewes, DE!! Our standards remain the same in the rental industry. Our goal is for you to have a unique, One-of-a-Kind experience staying in Sea Pearl. The condo is in the Village of Five

Points. Conveniently located East of Rt 1, with access to walking, hiking, biking trails. A bike ride to the Delaware Bay Beach or Henlopen State Park beaches without having to cross Rt 1! Here's a little history from where we've come: In August of 2013, our Urban Pearl Boutique Truck rolled out for a unique boutique shopping experience. We grew to a point where we opened Urban Pearl Boutique on Main St in Bel Air 2/9/16. We closed our doors in May of 2020 and purchased a rental property Dec 2021 so that we could keep busy and enjoy our next adventure! The rentals begin Feb 1st, 2022.
