Welcome to Paul's Place!

Paul's Place is located in a private gated lake community.

Bring your family and friends to Enjoy this adorable family lake house. Located in Linn Valley Kansas. Approx 50 minutes from Kansas City and 30 minutes from Overland Park. This house is on the main road through the gated private lake community.

The big lake is approx 150 acres with additional smaller lakes.

Amenities:
Include miniature golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis court/pickle ball court, softball field, 2 new playgrounds for the kiddos, frisbee golf, sand beach, 2 pools and kiddy pool. An 18 hole golf course with cheap rates is also available.

The home sleeps six (two- queens beds, set of twin bunk beds), full kitchen(just bring your own food), and one bathroom. The home is a ranch with one step into the front door.
