6 houses to the beach. Central air conditioning. Bed linens and towels provided along with 8 beach badges, several beach chairs and beach umbrella.

Prices start near $3,000+ for late spring and mid September. $6,000 for peak summer weeks. Pro rated weekend rates available outside of peak season.

Stand alone house. Central AC.

6 houses to the beach. Not many crowds on the beach since it’s a narrow part of the island. Short walk to bayside for sunset views. Nearby guarded bay beach great for young kids or easy opportunity to rent kayaks, etc.

To make your packing easier, high quality bed linens and towels are provided along with a supply of cleaning and paper goods. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided.

House sleeps 14 - 2 bedrooms have King size beds, kids room has two bunk beds (twin over full), front room upstairs has queen & full size bed (picture only shows one bed).

In addition to a standard professional cleaning we have contracted for an additional bleach cleaning for all bathroom and kitchen surfaces.

Prices start $3,000+ for late spring and $6,000 for peak summer weeks. Pro-rated weekend fees available outside of peak season.
