Enjoy the sights and sounds of waves crashing along the shore from both the front and back of our beachfront oasis. Steps from the Gulf of Mexico, you can see the pristine white sand beaches and gorgeous gulf views the minute you open the door.
This second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium has been updated and offers an open living and dining space. The living room opens to the screened lanai that is the full length of the condo. The bedrooms are spacious with walk-in closets and ensuites with the master opening onto the private gulf view lanai. There is a bonus room with a pullout couch that you could be used for your guests or just a nice retreat to read a favorite book. The entire condo is equipped with wireless internet access and offers a washer and dryer inside the condo unit for your convenience.
The two-story condominium units reside on 17 acres of gulf front property on the north end of Longboat Key providing privacy and relaxation. Walk to multiple restaurants and shops or enjoy Anna Maria Island and St. Armand's Circle in Sarasota for more restaurants, shops and activities just a short drive away. Amenities include tropical landscape, large heated pool, basketball and tennis court, barbecue area and beach chairs for the residents and guests.
