JT used to be sexy now he’s selfish;). He has more garbage cans than any other celebrity. He cried a river at this spot on the tv show Punked! He tried to sell this spot a few years ago for 35 million but no takers; JT bringing greedy back. Errol Flynn lived at the property in his hay day and had c**k fights on Sunday after watching his guests the night before in his tricked out house with peepholes and two-way mirrors, one of which had a view into the bathroom.

In all serious his new single “Selfish” marks the apex of his songwriting career with stellar verse, pre-chorus, chorus, post-chorus, and bridge melodies as well as vocal dexterity and flourishes that set a new standard for the industry. Biebs should be sweating in his boots;)

If you’re a ghost hunter u might want to pick up this house-for-sale because it sits on the same spot where Sharon Tate and her friends were murdered by Charles Manson’s goons in 1969. The house where the tragedy unfolded was torn down in 1994 but this house-for-sale sits in the same spot and is way better;)

Technically this property is located in an area called Beverly Hills Post Office but I refer to it as Fake Beverly Hills because although it has the zip code 90210, it is outside Beverly Hills city limit and they have no access to city services.

Heard they might change the name of to Not Selling Sunset;)

This unit featured on seasons 5,6, and 7 is still for sale. The views are phenomenal and if you like being in the heart of Hollywood then this is pretty impressive. With celebrity pedigree over the years including , , and amongst others it has to be worth it just for the elevator rides;)

By the way in my 12 plus years of doing celebrity home tours not a one celebrity has had an escalator. In doing my research apparently they have high maintenance. If I win megamillions
guess what I’m getting…yep escalator.

With the success of Top Gun 2 I find it only appropriate to post this live version of Berlin performing “Take My Breath Away”. It starts with a bad-ass a capella of the intro verse which is phenomenal!

Tom Cruise’s favorite property in LA was a 3-home compound in the Hollywood Hills which he sold in 2015 for 11 million! He had owned it for 10 years; longer than any other Los Angeles/Beverly Hills property that he owned! For the average layperson to see it, is a borderline impossible mission; but I found a way;) No more properties for Tommy in California;(

I’ve always been a fan of Tom Cruise but he really won me over when I saw him sign autographs for fans for 3hrs before the LA premier of Oblivion!

What a feat to pull off Top Gun 2 more than 30 years after the original and putting it on ice for 2 years during the pandemic and then have it be his best opening of his career! Go Tom!!!

I’ve been in the tour game 11 years now and I’ve only heard of one instance of a celebrity inviting a tour van inside for a tour (David Arquette invited a driver and guests into to his Beverly Hills home post divorce form Courtney Cox and did a tour) but now u have a chance to tour game show host Alex Trebek’s last home this weekend and maybe even buy something from his estate sale! This ain’t Offer Up though kids it appears after watching news segment that $500 is average price for an item….maybe wait till the going out of business sale on Sunday Sunday Sunday! Nice;)

I’m mad I missed Paul Stanley’s junk sale and Chris Brown’s sloppy second-hand clothes sale over the last few years so I might have to attend this freak show!

Since the inception of my company in 2016 the only celebrity requests that comes close to Justin Bieber is The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills! The biggest shock to fans is that most of the real housewives don’t live in Beverly Hills;( Sure Vanderpump and Lisa Rinna do but most others live in less celebrated celebrity enclaves like Encino and Woodland Hills. I was disappointed when Teddi Melancamp moved from Hollywood Hills to Encino because I used to catch her husband taking selfies in the Lambo;(

I am pleased though that Kathy Hilton has joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills - once again she is in Bel Air - because of all the celebrities I have encountered while on tour she has been one of the most gracious; she has greeted my guests with warm smiles and waves as we have caught her roaming in her Range Rover! Another testament to her warmth and coolness is that she recently did a in-house video with Architecture Digest for the holidays. Check the video below if you’re a fan!
