Office and Rental Manager
A custom neon fabrication studio is looking for a full-time in house office and rental manager.
This job consists of handling basic office administration duties as well as coordinating our
selection of rental items. This involves communicating with clients to set up accounts, taking
payments, keeping track of rental items and placing and scheduling orders for the warehouse
team.
This is a small woman-owned business looking for support in the office. We need someone
responsible, organized and with at least 1 year of experience in a support role in an office
position or in the entertainment world.This is a great opportunity to learn about the creative
process behind making neon lights & signs!
Having some graphic design and Illustrator experience to be of support to the Production team
is a great plus!
Qualifications
● Administrative assistant experience
● Quickbooks and Adobe Acrobat experience
● Reliable transportation
● Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:30AM to 5PM
● High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
● Graphic Design and Adobe Illustrator experience - great plus!
Responsibilities
● Maintain all aspects of the Office clerical duties including inventory, sales, financial, and
operations records
● Adhere to the core company policies and procedures
● Assist clients visiting studio on an as needed basis
● Set up customer accounts for orders (Net 30 and COD)
● Schedule rental orders, installations and deliveries as needed
● Answer phones
● Support Production Artist and Business Owner in client communication
● Other duties as needed
