NORTHLAND, A CHURCH DISTRIBUTED AND YOLK ANNOUNCE INNOVATIVE INITIATIVE FOR 21ST CENTURY FAITH LEADERS
Orlando, Florida. – July 21, 2015 – Northland, A Church Distributed and Yolk LLC announced their collaboration to inspire and connect innovative leaders for a 21st century church distributed.
“The church has done wonderful things in the centuries gone by,” said Dr. Joel Hunter, Senior Pastor of Northland. “What we have not done well is develop innovative leaders. The church’s future will be shaped as A Church Distributed collaborates with Yolk to build leadership that simply has never been built before, a viral movement of innovative and creative leaders that is not coming from any other source.”
The new collaboration will feature a series of micro-summits entitled What Might We Imagine, A Church Distributed for the 21st Century beginning in January 2016 on Northland’s Orlando campus. Streamed live globally, the summits reach out to faith innovators who are looking to connect with each other and will feature yolk’s community of bestselling Christian storytellers and innovators including Karen Kingsbury, Josh McDowell, Ted Dekker, Cecil Murphey, Jeff Dixon, Fred St. Laurent, and others.
