Have you ever held a Hummingbird? This is a chance to experience the most incredible sight you’ve ever seen! Gary Lee is coming at 8:00 am Sunday May 26th to gently band and track our beautiful birds. If you have never experienced this you have to come! You’ll NEVER forget this! Bring your children, your love for nature and your camera! And personally release a Hummingbird back to nature.

Hello Stillwater friends!
Next weekend, November 3rd is our last hurrah ending with our annual wine dinner party to close out the season!
First course is a Grilled Cajun Shrimp served with a Thai Chili Sauce paired with a Sauvignon Blanc. Next we will be serving our Butternut Acorn Bisque paired with a dollop of Greek Yogurt and Fresh Parsley. Third course is Jim Holtz surprise special and it will be served with a glass of Sangiovese. The dinner course will be Filet Mignon served with Mushrooms sautéed in butter with blue cheese sauce, a side Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli. This course will be pared with a J. Lohr Cabernet.
Lastly, assorted desserts served will be paired with a glass of Fansesca Port.
We do have one room open to rent if you’d like to give us a call at 315-376-6470!

Hello Stillwater friends!!
Where oh where did the summer go?

Just a few announcements.
Our last hummingbird banding for 2018 with Gary Lee and Ted Hicks is this Saturday, September 1st at 8am. Please join us on the deck bright and early to wish our tiny winged friends farewell on their way to warmer climates.
Our autumn schedule.
We are now closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays and serve dinner all other days until 8:30 ish.
We have rooms available, buy two nights get one free to rest up in after a healthy hike to the Stillwater Fire Tower to view fall colors or after a paddle on the reservoir.
Our annual Wine dinner party is November 3rd! We are still putting the menu together so details will follow in the next few weeks.

Happy Summer Stillwater Friends!

June 9th is our annual Pig Roast/Chicken BBQ/Boat Race at $20.00 per person! Always a really fun weekend and remember campsites are NOT reservation but first come first serve and as always the camping is FREE!
Joe is looking for more boat racers! Give him a call for boat race rules. Pamme will be playing on the deck weather permitting. So we hope to see you all Where The Road Ends And The Good Times Begin!

Good Morning! The trillium has bloomed and the hummingbirds are back! Ted Hicks and Gary Lee will be banding this Sunday, May 27th at 8 am on the Stillwater deck! You are never to old to hold a hummer and watch them fly away. It's magical! Also a heads up on our annual boat race, Chicken BBQ and Pig Roast June 9th. Come see us! Happy Spring Stillwater Friends!

We would like to share with you a few events coming this spring after a long, cranky bipolar winter.

Stillwater will be opening weekends, Friday, Saturday and Sunday through the month of May.

We are taking Mother's Day Reservations for May 13th with an open dinner menu through out the day. We have rooms available if you would like to treat mom to a weekend away. Rooms, Mother's Day weekend are buy a night, get a night free!

June 9th is our annual Pig Roast/Chicken BBQ/Boat Race at $20.00 per person! Always a really fun weekend and remember campsites are NOT reservation but first come first serve and as always the camping on Stillwater Reservoir is FREE!

Greetings friends! Some news from a few upcoming events at Stillwater!
This Saturday of the Memorial day weekend, bright and early, Gary Lee and Ted Hicks will be on the deck banding hummingbirds! This is a great opportunity to watch this fascinating process and to actually hold a sleeping hummer in your hand! Weather permitting.
June 10th is our 20th Annual Boat Race, Chicken BBQ and Pig Roast. The infamous Izzo family will once again be in charge of slow cooking the most succulent of porkers. There will be music and some wonderful picnic party dishes coming out of the Stillwater kitchen by chef Paul Midgley. Festivities begin at Noon.
We also are looking forward to the Small Mouth Fishing Contest on June 17th. We have a few rooms left on all these weekends so give us a call to reserve 1-315-376-6470
