Our names are Andre' & Judy Martin, we reside two houses over and are here to assist you in anyway possible to make your stay with us enjoyable. Feel free to reach out to Andre' with any inquires or questions you might have at 318-792-9050. There are three bedrooms and two full baths, first bedroom has a queen bed, second has a bunk bed (twin over

full) with a trundle and the master has a queen bed and a crib. Sleeps 8 comfortably, however, we also provide a twin size and a queen size air mattress along with linens should you need them. There is a television in the living room and in each of the bedrooms that are streaming (Roku & Amazon Prime) along with WIFI from an AT&T hotspot. For guests with small children, we provide a high chair, stroller, walker and Pack and Play (along with the crib mentioned above). Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils and many small appliances, (air fryer/oven, blender, toaster, electric can opener, rice cooker, and electric fryer). There is also a coffee bar fully stocked with kcups and Community coffee along with a variety of flavored creamers and sweeteners. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and a small chest type freezer. The front porch has several rocking chairs for relaxing and the back porch has a gas grill and picnic table. For inside entertainment, there are several board games, cards and dominoes for adults as well as for children. A pedal boat and canoe is available for use upon signing a Release/Waiver of Liability form. House Rules
- Check in is after 4:00pm unless prior approval
- Self check-in with smart lock; an entry code will be given to you prior to check in.
- Check out is at 11:00am, allowing the cleaning service time to sanitize for future guests
- It is not child proof with respect of the fact that there is not a barrier before reaching the lake.
- Please do not make the beds prior to checking out. Any blankets used are to be placed in laundry baskets.
- Make sure to clean up BBQ area and place trash in the outside trash cans provided.
- No smoking inside the house and please do not throw cigarette butts in the yard.
- No pets are allowed with the exception of service animals.
- No parties or events
- Please be considerate of neighbors with regards to music or noise, especially after 10pm.
- ONLY Flush toilet paper down toilets.
- Swim at your own risk: no life guard on duty
- Have fun and relax.

Sabine State Bank is a long-time Gold Level Sponsor of the Toledo Bend Lake Association’s Bass Unlimited Back-A-Great Fighter Banquet and Auction that will be held on Friday, April 19 at Cypress Bend Pavilion. Sabine State Bank is once again sponsoring the T-shirts for the Banquet. Their support of TBLA has helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for projects, grants, and scholarships that benefit the Lake Area communities. TBLA volunteers are preparing now for a fun event on April 19 with the catered dinner, live auction, and raffles.
