CLASSES BY AGE GROUP:
Artist 1-2 years old- Mommy and Me - Immerse infants into sensory activities to develop fine and gross motor control, develop spatial awareness and connect with Mommy on a deeper level. Artists 3-5 years old- Explore and Discover - Immerse preschool age children into a new world where anything could happen. Discussions on the subject matter and materials will engage critical
thinking skills and creativity. Children are shown project materials and encouraged to create and inspire. Artists 5-12 years old- Becoming Artists - Students will explore a variety of media. Classes will demonstrate how to engage right brain thinking though creative problem solving and skill development. Classes will be offered by media or theme with one offering a survey of multimedia creations. Artists 12-17 years old - Mastering Skills - Students will concentrate on developing hand/eye coordination, right brain development and mastering of skills. Classes offered will teach fundamentals as well as challenge the skills of developing artists. Portfolio Camp - High school students may take advanced classes to build college portfolios in several medias. This will strengthen college applications and review processes making scholarship opportunities obtainable. Artists 18 years and older - Community Art Education - Classes offered in drawing, painting, watercolor and sculpture. Whether looking to develop and strengthen artistic skills or searching to start a new hobby, Community Art Education courses will challenge your creativity and take your art to a new level.
