The Front Porch with the adirondack and rocking chairs is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. If you wake up early enough you will love the sound of the

ocean waves as you sip your cup of coffee and enjoy the cool of the morning on the front porch. The property also has a covered pole barn with an outdoor dining area. You will love eating outside, watching the children run around on the large property, all while watching the sun go down. From house to beach it is a quick 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the white sandy beaches of Mexico Beach. No need to take a mountain of supplies to the beach, just simply come and go as you please. When you return from the beach, there is a private outdoor shower conveniently located just for you and your family. New Improvements:
- Our house now sleeps 9 people!
- Florida Room is now a Kids Room w/ bunk beds, pacman arcade, foosball table, a Nintendo Switch and a large screen TV!
- New front porch chairs
- New outdoor dining set underneath the pole barn
- New Charcoal grill
