We are a family of four that visited the "Forgotten Coast" in 2010, and fell in love with the area. Forget the crowds at the typical vacation spots and come see why this area is becoming so popular. You will love the gorgeous beaches, great restaurants, and quaint towns surrounding Mexico Beach. And, it's only 30 minutes to visit PC if you decide you want to brave the crowds. We love it so much t

hat we will be retiring to the area in a few years. After purchasing condos in Mexico Beach, we decided to diversify and chose North, GA to expand to. We love the small town feel of Ellijay and Blue Ridge. We currently have one cabin there, but will be building two treehouse getaways in 2022! Sticking to remote locations , we decided to rent out our cabin on our farm in Shelby County , Alabama and also added a historic home nearby in 2021. We will be adding an RV retreat in 2023, as well!!

In 2013, we decided to add a mountain home to our portfolio. We knew that, again, we wanted to find an area that had the charm, great shopping, beautiful scenery- but not the crowds of some popular destinations. One trip to Blue Ridge and we were sold. It is such a gorgeous area, with wineries and orchards, fantastic shops, and so much to do and see. We added our new lodge on Clear Creek in Ellijay, GA in 2018 to better suit larger families and those who wanted to be on the water.
