Circle Double D got into the Bunk Bed business about 4 years ago as a part time hobby but it actually started when we had 2 young boys that needed beds. Unable to find a good quality bunk bed set at a resonable price, I built my own. Now thanks to our customers, it is becoming a full time busin

ess. Devoted to making the finest Bunk Beds in the area, we pride ourselves in our quality and workmanship. At the Bunk House our focus is on quality bunk beds, loft beds, trundle beds, storage drawers and custom designed beds made the way you want them! Each piece of furniture is hand crafted one at a time and inspected for quality and safety. Each bed is inspected and conforms to all federal safety guidlines. Lifetime Guarantee - We believe in the quality and sturdiness of our beds that we have a Lifetime Guarantee against defects in material and workmanship. We try to price our products as reasonable as possible to make it affordable for you to own a high quality bed system. We do offer custom upgrades such as extra long, extra tall(or short), twin, full or queen size. Each bed can come unfinished ready for you to sand and stain/paint or be finished and stained to the color of your choice. Bunkie boards(which are required) are include with each bed. Good Morning Everyone, yes we are still here :)
This last year found us researching different business opportunities. While doing epoxy countertops was very enjoyable, I found that 1) I was not able to manhandle the weight of the countertops and it was going to involve lawyers (contracts) and insurance (for working in peoples houses) that at this stage of life was going to be more than I wanted to involve myself in.

So for right now, we are actually pursuing Laser Engraving and selling personalized products on Etsy. We will be starting a new page(s) to cover this work and will post the link here when we get it up. Initially we will be starting with Kitchenware (charcuterie boards) but have interest in anything that can be laser engraved. So if you would like something at a cheap introductory price, let us know.

So as far as epoxy goes, we are looking at downsizing the projects we involve ourselves with and can sell as an end product, that being desks, sofa tables, coffee tables, end tables, etc. Also, those projects will probably get pushed to the end of the year.

so keep tuned as I will try and post updates here on anything epoxy.

Hey Everyone!! Hey Everyone!! We're back.

The shop is slowly coming back together after building our finish room. We've basically stop building bunk beds and other country furniture (ie tables) and are concentrating on epoxy (counters and tub/shower enclosures) and we are firing up the laser again and looking to engrave some slate coasters this weekend. We'll post pictures.

We not only finished our 'Donated by..' sign, we also got it hung this last weekend. Now to get the County medallion and mount it. I did notice that the main sign needs a little touchup, hopefully get to that over the next couple weekends...

Good morning everyone. We finally finished up the triple bunk beds and delivered them to the customer in Georgia. Shown is my wonderful wife putting the final touches to the last bed.

Good Day everyone!!
Progress continues on the beds... routing and sanding is done, staining is next.
Got the AC hooked up in the finishing room and it is nice in there :)

On a sadder note, our mule 'Jack' died yesterday, he had been battling some stomach issues for over a month. RIP Jack

Wow!! been a while since I update this page. Work is near completion on the finishing room, Wallboard is up, ceiling is up, lights and room filter mounted and working. Picked up a portable AC unit yesterday, get it mounted and we can start using it for finish (staining and painting) and epoxy work.

Currently working on 3 sets of triple bunk beds that will be delivered to GA.

Should be getting back on epoxy work now that we have a room that we can pour in.

The rest of the farm is doing good, have normal maintenance stuff going on, mostly fence repairs, but it is currently 'HOT' out there so that work is going slowly.

Merry Christmas everyone!!
We currently have a bed on the table ready for stain, delivery shortly after new years. Then back to epoxy, doing an install of some black marble countertops. Ya'll have a safe and wonderful Christmas.

Continuing to work with Epoxy, below is a sample pour we did in preparation of doing my sons (David) counter tops for the kitchen.
We should be able to start building the counter tops this week :)

Updated photos of the Cabinet install - has turned into a small bathroom remodel :) installing cedar to the walls. I'm working on the drawers now, should be able to install soon.

Good Morning from Florida!! The sink is now installed and the plumbing is hooked up! Currently building the doors to go on the front.
Getting ready to do a second epoxy pour, trying a different color recipe.

Good Morning Everyone! Looks like we are going to get some more rain today but then it will be dry and mild for the rest of the week. Got a lot done this weekend, got the plumbing hooked up to the bathroom sinks so those are operational now and started working on the doors (sliding barn doors) for the vanity.

Also this weekend we (my son David and I) did our very first epoxy pours. These turned out fantastic and we are excited to continue down this path. Next we will be creating a larger pour (20x48) pour of the basic colors below. We will also make a sample pour for a white marble, I'm excited to try that one. The target here is to start doing counter tops (Kitchen and Bath).

Hopefully this next weekend we will be starting demo on my son's house. We will be handling all the cabinets and vanities for the house and hopefully get to do epoxy counters too :)

Good Morning everyone!! as always been very busy this last month. We've had a ton of rain here this last month and the back of the property is all flooded. we've got some more rain coming over the next couple of days. At this rate we may need to start building an Ark :) but it doesn't compare to the winter weather they are getting north of here.

Finally got back to the bathroom vanity, got the base put in, the cabinet set in place and the top (sinks) set in place (dry fit). Next we need to finish painting the front of the cabinet, screw the cabinet in place, attach the top and hook up the plumbing. At that point it will be functional again :) Then I will start on the doors (sliding barn style) and the drawers. Then that should finish that up.

Then, right around the corner we have a full cabinet job at my son's house, Kitchen and both bathrooms. He had some flooding at his house that did a lot of damage. We get put in some sweat equity and are doing all the cabinetry.

Still trying to get to doing some epoxy work, initially just some sample boards to get the hang of working with it, then I've got a couple projects lined up. Should be fun
