Make sure that you submit your renewal with PLENTY of time before you plan to travel internationally.
Current processing times for online renewal are 6-8 weeks. They do not offer expedited renewals online. However, expedited renewals are still available when renewing by mail, in 2-3 weeks (plus transit time).
