The stylish living room is warm and inviting with new furnishings, a 55” flat screen TV, wood burning stove and stunning views of the river below. Watch ducks swim by and kayakers paddle lazily down the river from the comfort of your own sofa. The kitchen is large and opens onto the huge back deck. Pull-up a stool to the breakfast bar and hang-out with each other while cooking! Then gather around the large, reclaimed wood dining table to catch-up with family and friends over a fabulous meal and great conversations… That is what Moon River is about...being with the people you adore and creating life-long memories. The master suite is extremely large with huge windows overlooking the river. It offers a quiet sitting area with a couch, reading chair and another large screen TV. The second bedroom is spacious and soothing with forest views and opens onto the large deck. Listen to crickets and frogs as you drift off to sleep. The bathroom on this level is like nothing we have ever seen. It is an inspired creation with a huge soaking tub and walk-in shower…no words can describe…you have to see it for yourself. Climb the spiral staircase in the living room and enter into the kid’s loft/bedroom. Remember to duck as you go in…after all this is a “kidz club” area and the ceiling is a little low. Moon River has more than enough room for 12 of your very favorite people! Let’s talk about the entry level. The entry level offers a home within itself. It can be rented separately as a romantic get-away or is part of the larger house adding lots of spaces to gather. This floor has 1 bedroom with sliding doors opening to the hot tub area, a charming family room with a new flat screen TV and comfy pullout couch and reading chairs, a full kitchen and a large bathroom. Also on this floor is the finished garage that has been converted into the game room with a Ping-Pong table, an electronic dart board, and a large “old school” TV in case the kids want to bring their X-box and games (bring everything needed to hook-up your own X-box). There is a small boom box, couch and chairs in this area so people can settle in for the nights festivities. There is a Seasonal creek that runs next to Moon River. Open the windows at night and listen to the stream...so relaxing! We are in love with the design and layout of Moon River!
