We celebrated FIVE years of this lady’s leadership last week. 🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊

What a ride it’s been for her too! She took the helm less than one year before Covid but with her grit and determination, and her “faith over fear” philosophy guiding our team and some tough decisions, we sustained. It’s been hard work managing our fifth generation owned companies in a big industry but she loves her team like no other, promotes a strong culture and strives to ensure her choices are for the good of all and not one.

She is passionate about her people, customers and our companies, and she serves us all well. She cares deeply and strives to promote excellence amongst us and in the customer experience. She prays over our team and fully trusts in our Lord for guidance. She represents us throughout the transportation and tourism sector by serving on multiple boards and organizations. She is completely committed to consistent improvement and “leaving things better than you found them”. We are so thankful for you, Suzanne Thornburg.
