Gearing up for a VERY busy weekend! Snow will not get us down! Rehearsal tonight, wedding for 200 tomorrow night, Bar Mitzvah for 175 Saturday! Then I get to be a guest at a wedding Saturday night! My feet hurt already!

Great meeting at Citizens Bank Park today with Kristin Zeller and Harmon Bryen to discuss the details of the Freedman Bar Mitzvah on March 7th. Really going to be a fun event! Great team to work with.

Sent a pricing request for an event menu to a caterer 3 weeks ago. Checked in 3 times and was told they were working on it and maybe I would pick a preset menu to make it easier (for them). Said they wanted the menu I sent over. Then I get an email at end of last week to let me know that it was being given to another rep.....4 days pass and that rep just emails me and asks me what he can do for me. How do people stay in business with this level of customer service? Can't wait to tell them we went elsewhere because of their lack of response. Aggravating!!
