Amenities include 6 pools (2indoor), pickleball, tennis, basketball courts, 33 gated acres, lazy river, splash pad, and a 3-minute walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean (the building is oceanfront, but the pool is between the ocean and the building.)

Needless to say, there will be lots of updates going on throughout the summer and fall. We will be replacing the carpet with hard floors before renting, as well as replacing the furniture. Other updates coming soon will be kitchen and bathroom renovations.

We're excited to announce that we have closed on our new condo and will opening it for rentals beginning June 1.

It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the top floor of an oceanfront building. The living room and dining room both feature glass doors leading to the 25-foot balcony overlooking the South Carolina coastline.

You will have access to ALL the amenities in this 33-acre resort sandwiched between Ocean Lakes and Lakewood Camping Resorts. Those amenities include an oceanfront pool with cabana/snack bar, an oceanfront restaurant and bar (The QuarterDeck), a splash zone with pool, hot tub, lazy river, and splash pad (just behind the building), and indoor pool (located in the B building, next door), an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, exercise room, (located in the Clubhouse). Plus, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, picnic and grilling areas. There are even two rooftop sundecks just steps from our unit.

We thought it would be chilly on the beach this morning but it turned out gorgeous! Lexi and I spent our morning walking to “the swash” and found some beautiful, whole seashells. Word has it, people have found whole “conch” shells there. (I use quotations because I know conchs are not native to SC but I can’t think of the name of the animal that lives in the shell I’m describing.)

We ended our day with Liam, sunning on the beach. Lots of shells washed up with the tide, and I’m sure lots of shark’s teeth, but I have no eye for them. I bet Dwight would have found plenty!

Here's a current screenshot of our availability. We are very excited to have had so much activity in our first season, and would like to carry that over into the off-peak dates.

If you're like me and don't care for the sweaty, sticky months, September and October are the best times to be on the coast - the beach and water are still warm, but the traffic has lessened and restaurants are not as crowded.

Let me know if you'd like to book! We can save you a lot of the fees that travel sights charge.
