These plum fruit trees do really well in the Myrtle Beach South Carolina area. The Burbank Plum tree is known for its juicy and sweet fruit. Developed by Luther Burbank, this tree is a cross between the Japanese and American plum trees. It is also hardy and resistant to common plum diseases.

The condo is on the second floor with a beachfront balcony overlooking the pool boasting beautiful straight on views of the beach! Only steps away from the elevators for hassle free movement to and from your vacation rental!

You skip the check in lines when you book with us, our condo is equipped with a keyless entry door lock. This means when you arrive at the resort you can bypass all of the lines and go directly to your vacation rental, input the code we provide on the keypad and start your vacation.

Tastefully decorated this oceanfront efficiency is the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

The condo is equipped with a kitchenette featuring granite counter tops, a two burner cook top, full size microwave, full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, cookware and a blender for those nice tropical drinks.

For your sleeping pleasure the condo includes two Simmons Beautyrest queen beds. With a nice size closet, there is room to hang and store your belongings. An ironing board, iron, and safe are also included. There is also a large dresser to store extra belongings.

Easily stay connected while you relax with free in room wireless wifi internet. The condo includes a 50" HD TV, DVD player, cable and a Roku.

We provide linens and towels for your stay. We ask that guests bring their own beach towels. There are guest laundry facilities in the building if needed.

The exercise room is one floor below the condo across from the lobby elevators. The indoor pool and hot tubs are on the same floor as the condo, just walk down the breezeway and up a few steps and you're there.

ATTENTION We require all of our renters to sign a rental agreement. It must be signed and returned before we have a confirmed booking.

**Note** This is a non smoking vacation unit. Primary renter must be 23 years of age to rent it. Proof of age required.

The Resort itself is a full-service resort in a beautiful area of Myrtle Beach called The Golden Mile. Pools, lazy rivers, exercise facilities, oceanfront restaurants, lounge,pizza Parlor,pastry & ice cream shops, and convenience store. There is a Starbucks next door with numerous other restaurants, shopping and attractions nearby.

RESORT AMENITIES Guest laundry facilities, restaurants & lounges,poolside drinks and food area,sunbathing area,picnic greenbelt, gift shop & convenience store, indoor / outdoor pools, hot tubs,exercise room, nail salon & spa, ATM in lobby, free parking, free in room wifi access, air conditioning, business kiosk, and conference facilities.

**Note** This is a privately owned and managed vacation rental. We are not on the Sand Dunes Resorts Rental program. The water park and family fun zone are privately owned and we do not have access, they are not included in the amenities.

Other things to note

Daily housekeeping services are not included in the rental rate. We provide toilet paper, towels, a starter set of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guest should bring their own beach towels.
