It is a multi-use facility focused on bringing the community together and promoting Central VA as one. The space serves as a tourism center and artist, musician, and business cooperative. It also serves as an office for Tours for Tunes; offering guided tours to wineries, breweries, and artisan sites of 151 and beyond while donating 15% of proceeds to music-in-the-schools of Nelson County. The coop
erative may be used for: events, fundraisers, showcases, meetings, music/art gallery, music/art lessons, rehearsal space, indoor and outdoor recreation, coffee shop, tourism center, and potentially much more from martial arts to book clubs. Join The 'We Are' Cooperative and help us emphasize the "WE" that our society so often forgets.
