Knickerbocker Dance is a Brooklyn based dance company that seeks to embody the essense of the human experience through movement.

Knickerbocker Dance seeks to embody the essense of the all encompassing human experience. I am interested in discovering the raw intimacy of human movement by celebrating the play between the pedestrian and the dancer. I seek to find the agent of contact between these two conveivably distinct forms of movement and how they can coexist in a single piece of movement. My process consists of the endle

ss pursuit to understand and uncover all of the possibilities in which the body can move. From balletic expansiveness to commonplace detailed gesture, every human movement is valued and drawn upon for inspiration.
