I am a freelance designer based in New York City that specializes in trend forecasting for seasonal product industries, seasonal costumes and accessories.

My experience is as follows:

* 17 years experience in apparel and seasonal product industries...started young!

* 10 years experience designing seasonal costumes and products...my expertise.

* Product placement in Walmart, Target, Party City, Spirit Halloween, Dollar General in US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, maybe even Mars.

* Ability to lead, direct, and manage creative and executing teams

...I like to be bossy.

* 8 years experience in trend forecasting and market analysis setting tone for product line...sometimes I can predict the future!

* 8 years experience traveling overseas for product development...I know my way around China.

* 10 years experience styling and directing photoshoots...a picture is worth a thousand purchases.

* Expert knowledge of pattern making, sewing, and fit...may just qualify me for a doctorate.

* Former educator of design, pattern making, and sewing...I know my stuff.

* Proficient in digital media - Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design...don't ask me to retouch your FB photos.

* Proficient in traditional media - marker, pencil, ink, and acrylic paint...what's that you say?

* Janny is "Just Janny" and not short for Janice, Jannette, Janelle, etc...and not Jenny either!
