Aw Shucks got a few upgrades!
New dishwasher, new pantry for food storage, new washing machine and dryer, new picture windows. Front porch redone with Trex. We are gearing up for a great 2024 rental season.

Too beautiful not to share. My dad is staying at Aw Shucks this week and he took this picture from the pool area. It was taken with his IPhone so I bet in person it was amazing.

Got some new cushions and a new table and chair set (other chair comes Thursday) and we upgraded the internet. All TVs are now smart tvs and are app based.
My husband and son were having a putting competition as we waited on the furniture to arrive.

New metal roof put on. Metal roof makes for awesome rainy day sleeping of course night time only right. We want sun during the day 😊

Newly remodeled bathrooms. Old vanities came out, put in pedestal sinks for more room. Added a cabinet above the toilet for storage.

I’ve gotta brag a little on my husband he did a beautiful job on the deck. As he was leaving to come home he caught a beautiful sunset. Hoping everyone enjoys the newly remodeled deck and pool area this summer.
