Yesterday was spent as a VIP guest of Margaritaville at Sea cruise line while in port at Tampa before their 4 night sailing to Mexico. I had a thorough ship inspection and a beautifully delicious hosted lunch. Thank you to my BDM Nasly Osorio and the gracious Margaritaville staff for a wonderful day. This ship really surprised me and I can’t wait to take advantage of the super low fares and sail on her. Pay for 1 , up to 3 sail free!!!! If you are a JIMMY BUFFET fan this is a must do. We’re continually evolving to meet the needs of our Customers. That’s why we’re excited to announce some big changes designed to enhance your Customer Experience—still delivered with our same Southwest Heart:

✅ Assigned seating (expected to become bookable in 2025)
✅ Premium seating options (expected to become bookable in 2025)
✅ Red-eye flights (now available for booking on https://swa.is/4c1dQdk!)

The research is clear and indicates that more than 80% of Southwest Customers prefer an assigned seat. These changes come as a part of our ongoing commitment to enhance the Customer experience, including faster WiFi, new in-seat power, larger overhead bins, and more comfortable seats.

For now, it's business as usual - we're working hard to meet Customer expectations and expect seating changes to become bookable in 2025.

The Department of State updated the processing times for U.S. passport applications. Routine processing will take 10-13 weeks and expedited processing, which costs an additional $60, will take 7-9 weeks. I can not stress enough the importance to make sure you don’t wait if applying and if you do have a trip booked pull those passports out and look to make sure they are not expiring soon.
