Who We Are

The Hanover Adventure Tours company is a guide and rental company located in Norwich, Vermont. We offer many different opportunities around the Upper Valley as we want to show you the area! The Upper Valley is a group of towns in both New Hampshire and Vermont that surround the Connecticut River and are at the crossing of I-89 and I-91, just 2.5 hours from Boston, MA. We offer hike tours in surrounding towns as well as bike tours, rentals, and retail of our Yamaha electric bicycles. The company was created because we truly believe there is an opportunity to showcase this beautiful area. Our founders have lived in Hanover, New Hampshire for many years and love the great outdoors, and want to share it with others! Our great location is right on the Connecticut River (and we hope to offer swimming docks & kayaks next summer). The Hanover Adventure Tours office is both a tour company and a hostel (the Norwich Adventure Hostel), as the building has both commercial and residential sides. If you want a comfortable bed and a great community you are welcome to stay with us, or tour around our wonderful towns!
