The second floor is two bedroom, one bath with a full kitchen, living room and open deck area. It sleeps up to six people comfortably (when you include the futon in the living room). The first floor is a three bedroom, two bath, living room, full kitchen and patio area. There is an outdoor shower available for use of both floors when you return from the beach. On the first floor there is access to

a small laundry room with access from the patio, so it can be used by those utilizing the second floor. Across the street is a large playground, a perfect place for youngsters to run around and play. We're located three blocks away from the beach and can be there in five minutes walking. A few blocks opposite the playground is a small grocery. We're located on the south end of the island, but you can be at the boardwalk within a ten minute drive.

We have most weekends open on first and 2nd floor if you want to enjoy the best time of year at the shore!
