We have long weekends available in our oceanside condo in Ocean City Maryland for the month of October. This unit has ocean and bay views. It faces the northside.

You can book Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday(3 night minimum).

Our condo is in the 9400 building on 94th street. It is two bedroom and two bathroom. Unit # 403

There is a pool with large beachfront pool deck. Only a couple
steps to the beach.

Fully equipped kitchen.

We supply four beach chairs, a rolling cooler, and a small umbrella.

We have a pay it forward type system.

We stock the unit at the beginning of the season with supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, sandwich bags, tin foil, saran wrap, dish detergent, laundry pods, etc. If you use the last of something we kindly ask that you replace it for the next renter.

This is a great location with many restaurants, shops, liquor store, grocery store, etc. within walking distance. Bus stop is directly out front of building. $3 fare for the day.

Rates already include taxes and cleaning. The only other fee is a $40 building usage fee paid directly to the building when you arrive.

Per building rules, renters are not allowed pets.

Beach Retreat

My husband and I have always loved the beach. When we met 26 years ago we rented a place every summer in Ocean City, Maryland. We have two boys. They have been going to Ocean City Maryland since they were born. This is our home away from home where we can spend quality time together as a family. Our dream was to someday own a beach place of our own to share with our family and friends. This will be our fourth year renting out our condo and it has been a wonderful experience for us. We like to hear the great memories that were made at our “beach retreat”.

The 9400 building is family friendly and has a great management staff. We appreciate how well they maintain the building. The building is well secured and every owner/renter that stays in the building needs an access code or key fob to enter the building. There is a pool on the second floor with a very spacious pool deck overlooking the beach. There are games on the pool deck; shuffle board, corn hole, hopscotch, etc. There are restrooms and a shower/changing room on the pool level. There are three elevators in the building. There is a small fitness room with TV on the first floor. There are two laundry rooms on the first floor that are clean and well maintained by the staff. There is a library of books, magazines, games, etc on the second floor for everyone to borrow during their stay.

We like the 94th street location because it is within walking distance to many restaurants such as Bull on The Beach, Trattoria Lombardi’s Restaurant, Liquid Assets, Kirby’s, Layton’s, and Blue Fish. It also is within walking distance to The Acme Grocery store, Sunsations, Candy Kitchen, 7-Eleven, Liquor store, Roses, etc. There is a bus stop right out front of the building to take you anywhere you would like to go up and down Coastal Highway for $3 all day fare.
