Our family has enjoyed times at the beach for over 60 years. First in our fathers condo then in our condo. We have been sharing our condo with others for over 18 years through renting it to guests. With the real estate “sale” that occurred in 2009-12 we invested in additional condos and started offering them to travelers through online web sites. In 2012 we started managing units for other owners. They were impressed with our personal touch and oversight as well as the extra income the rent provides.
