Sad news from the chili world. Dione Cooley was Washington State Chili Cookoff 2013 Scorekeeper on the first cookoff at the coast. Salsa world champion and supportive of Chili Heads. Thinking of Skip and family. Prayers for all.

Devastating news just posted. Dione Cooley was the Scorekeeper at the Washington State Chili Cookoff in 2013. She was in touch with us including for the 2024 cookoff. Her world-class salsa recipe was prepared by The Grizzly Den in 2023 with world champion recipes for people to experience. Huge loss for the chili world. Prayers for Skip and her family.

Artisan Faire in December 2023 is the last opportunity to earn funds for charity projects before SeaPal Quilters pick the winning ticket December 6. The quilt is reversible...so 2 quilts for the prize of $1 ticket! This events supports this charity. Christmas 2022, all Green Lake Assisted Living Ocean Shores residents received a quilt. And at the Halloween party for kids at Ocean Shores Convention Center, over 150 pillowcases made by the SeaPals were given out in 40 minutes!

She's dropping in from the North Pole to head to Artisan Faire in December 2023!
