We shared a video of Capt. Joe helping one of his charter guests reel in a black sea bass. Black sea bass are a protected species and have to be returned to the ocean. It's done by "redirecting" the bass downward. That is accomplished by using the net to help nudge the bass' head downward so he knows which way to swim. It's pretty cool to watch, and Capt. Joe is the best when it comes to making sure our local fishing is sustainable.
It looks like we might have a sunset tonight....
