Everything in the news is about Transgender athletes. This post is for those Transgender hating trolls out there.
In some way I get it, I don't agree with the star quarterback in high school trying to play girls sports, but for people like me and others that have had surgery and have been on estrogen for many many years and have lost alot of muscle mass and strength it's different.
I'll use myself for example. i used to play sports in school and was very strong so I get why people are pushing this anti-trans agenda in schools to some degree but they don't have to be as****es about it. As I got older I have lost probably 60% or more of my strength I barely lift 50lbs on a good day.
I am a semi-professional bowler, I bowl leagues and tournaments and I bowl occasionally on the pro level (PWBA/PBA) and my gender is female and that's the way it is. There are other girls out there that can kick my butt, there are some that can roll a 16lb ball.....I can't I use 15lbs mostly. I train really hard to compete at the higher level.
And why is this whole debate just about Transwomen? What about Transmen that take high doses of testosterone? What if they want to compete in men's sports? Would it be fair or unfair because their testosterone levels are higher than other men?
I believe that if someone has been on HRT for at least one year and has the same physicality of their gendered sport they should be allowed to play. Yes I'm entitled to my opinion and that is it.
