Not a Joke Or a scare tactic! They are trying to push a bill to ban 5.56 ammo because AR-15's are also made as "Pistols" and since 5.56 will go through Police soft body armor ATF says it should be outlawed and Obama is going to use his executive power to push it through. Freedoms are not something we can afford to lose especially with Isis and terror groups spreading like cancer world-wide.

How can people blame Policemen for being spooked by what looks like a toy after finding this? They were very lucky in this case to grab the gun before it was used on them.

THE RACE OF THE USER HAS ABSOLUTELY NO BEARING ON THIS!!! Any policeman would fire on a person brandishing this ‘fake toy’

This is why the police will ALWAYS assume that anything that is pointed at them is a gun.
I can't blame them. They want to see their families when their shift is over. The bottom of the trigger housing group and ejection port of a fully functioning 12 Gauge shotgun are visible beneath the "sq**rt gun "camouflage."

The next time you see or read a headline bashing police for shooting someone with a "Toy" or "Replica" gun, remember this picture. Indianapolis Police Department confiscated this "Toy" water gun during an arrest, after they realized that the suspect had hidden a Mossberg 12 GA shotgun inside it. It was a fully functioning weapon disguised as a child's sq**rt gun. The threat is real, all day, everyday!

This shows a glimpse into the real/often unseen world that we all live in and the one police officers spend their time trying to contain. It would traumatize most people to see what they see. To all police officers (past/present) thank you for your daily sacrifice and for protecting us. Just as military veterans protect the freedoms of the thankful as well as the stomach-sickening-ungrateful, so do police officers.

RIP "Gunny", a former Marine and my old 1st SGT at 1st Ranger Batt.

Command Sgt. Maj. Martin R. Barreras, 49, of Tuscon, Arizona, died at San Antonio Military Medical Center from wounds sustained when enemy forces opened fire on his unit May 6 in Herat province, Afghanistan.
