BOOKKEEPING SERVICES: Services can be provided in your home or in our office; balancing your checkbook, updating your ledger, and writing out checks for your signature. We can assist your with banking needs, make deposits for you and even take them to the bank. If you choose we can be co-signers on your accounts or Power of Attorney for your account and write and sign all che
ck if you are unable. For clients in nursing homes or memory care facilities, we maintain the checkbook in our office, have all bills come directly to us and we pay all bills. Upon request, we will provide complete accounting for all transactions made in the office. CASE MANAGEMENT: We will oversee your care needs, providing the most effective option to manage your care. We will make any arrangements for you; work directly with you, your family and even your physician to ensure the best care. CLAIMS MANAGEMENT: We specialize in insurance submission and monitoring of claims. We will audit and record your medical charges, contact Medicare and/or your insurance company for you and work with your physician office to ensure proper payment
CONFIDENTIALITY: Your financial and personal affairs will be held in the strictest confidence. Any information you share with anyone in our office is considered confidential and will not be released to anyone without your written permission to do so, including your family members and friends. HOUSECALLS: If you are unable to come to our office, we will come to your residence. Appointments are made through the office. We also call on our clients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and adult family homes on a regular basis. NOTARY SERVICES: We have three notaries working in our office and can provide notary services to established clients when necessary. NURSING HOME PLACEMENT: With our case management, we can assist you with finding the best placement in nursing homes (based on availability). We will work with the nursing home to ensure placement, completion of the initial paperwork and ongoing case management at your request. PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE: Our Company under the direction of Michele Penberthy, CPG or Sarah Feldman, CPG will act on your behalf as your personal representative of your estate. They will work with your family and your attorney to carry out your final wishes no matter what they are. POWER OF ATTORNEY: We will act as your power of attorney or back up POA upon your request. We have extensive experience working with many people in this field. We will work with your attorney, your facility, your family, your physician, hospital or any other agency to ensure your wishes are carried out at your direction. In the event you are unable to direct our actions, your known wishes and best interest will always direct our actions. REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE: For established clients only, we can become your representative payee for your Social Security, VA pension or your Civil Service Annuity. TRUSTEE: We have experience managing many trusts working through the attorney. We often are Trustee for Special Needs Trusts and report all our actions to the Court.
