Jana Daisy-Ensign joined Powered by Yeast in 2012- coming directly from five years experience selling beer, mead, sake and organic wine. Jana's professional history also includes non-profit fundraising, instructing public speaking courses for college students and earning a graduate degree in communications. She has deepened her understanding of and passion for all things fermented through homebrewing (kombucha and beer) and visiting beweries/wineries around the world.
