Solterra Lake is a luxurious and modern villa situated on the prestigious Solterra Resort. This stunning, contemporary six-bedroom home benefits from a private swimming pool and whirlpool bath, on-site parking for two cars, and is professionally designed to fit all your holiday needs.
The large, open plan kitchen and great room is the centre of the home and is ideal for friends and family to enjoy relaxing and socialising.
The living area is furnished with a large corner sofa and chairs, as well as a 60-inch Smart TV and coffee table.
There is an additional living space located on the first floor featuring a cosy corner sofa, 60-inch TV.
A ‘Games Room’ is located in the garage space, offering pool, fuseball and ice hockey.

Additionally, there is a large dining table with seating for eight guests.
There is a laundry room offering washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master suite is located on the ground floor and features a king size bed, 50-inch smart TV. It also benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bath, double vanity and WC. There is a spacious walk-in closet.
There is a further bedroom suit located on the ground floor featuring an American king size bed, 50-inch smart TV, dresser, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobe. There is an en-suite with double shower, single vanity and WC.
The remaining four bedrooms are all located on the first floor.
The third bedroom offers a king size bed, a 50-inch smart tv, drawers, bed side cabinets, as well as its own en-suite with a double shower, double vanity, WC and walk-in closet.
Bedroom four features a queen bed, 50-inch smart TV and built-in wardrobe space, as well as its own ensuite bathroom with double shower, single vanity and WC.
The fifth and sixth bedrooms are themed bedrooms perfect for younger guests! Little ones can choose between either Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse or Universal’s Minions and both bedrooms include twin beds, 50-inch Smart TVs and built-in wardrobe space.
There is a family bathroom with bath with shower over, single vanity and WC.
Exiting through the living room, the rear of the property is a beautiful outdoor space for the whole family to relax and play. Enjoy your morning coffee and meals on the Lanai, which includes a BBQ (at a cost of $75.00) and has seating for up to eight people. Take a daily dip in the enclosed private pool and whirlpool bath and then take advantage of the lounge furniture to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted lake side view. The pool area benefits from additional safety features with alarms on the doors exiting the villa and a safety net covering access from the vacation home. Additionally, the pool can be heated for $35 per day.
There is parking available for two cars on the private driveway.
Solterra Lake benefits from high speed Wifi, air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living area and upstairs living room.
All our guests have free access to the Solterra gym, community area, café, the large resort style community pool, the lazy river, the playground and tennis courts.
