Attached are the two warrants issued last November for his arrest. Sottilare is wanted in Bay and Jackson counties for multiple felony warrants. It is unknown how many warrants are for exploitation of elderly/children! He is a fugitive and his whereabouts are unknown.

This is Anthony John Sottilare’s probation violation report. He made it 2 months before this rotten child molester, wife be**er, serial liar and fraudster kept his fathers family name going strong by violating his probation. He has absconded and there is an active arrest warrant issued on him.

Well, the expected happened. Anthony John Sottilare kept the family name going today by absconding from supervision and an arrest warrant was issued for this career criminal and drug addict. Looks like the “real deal”!as it says on his page, will be eating Ramon noodles in jail. He will no doubt be writing more “poor me” letters in jail. We will continue to follow this criminal and serial liar as you can be assured, he’ll keep screwing up.

The facts are as follows:
-Sottilare indulged on a life of co***ne, prostitutes and strip clubs with zero thought that any of it was going to catch up with him!
-Sottilare spend every night flashing hundred dollar bills around at Coyote Ugly bar and the Golden Nugget..often buying rounds for the entire place while intoxicated on Alcohol and co***ne until 5am… then he would pay prostitutes.

Hurricane Michael Fraud: Public Adjuster Kenneth Browne of Publicadjusters.com out of Boynton Beach has pled no contest to three counts of Grand Theft in connection with a scheme to defraud a homeowner for repairs to his Marianna home that largely never took place following 2018’s Hurricane Michael. The 78 year-old victim had sought help with his State Farm insurance claim and signed a contract with Brown, who then introduced him to Anthony John Sottilare Jr., who turned out to be an unlicensed contractor from Plant City. The State Farm adjuster estimated damage at $59,627 yet authorities found 31 checks had been made payable from the victim’s bank account to either Brown or Sottilare totaling $242,000. Months later, when little or no repairs had been made, the victim demanded a refund to no avail.

Florida law states that a public adjuster may not participate, directly or indirectly, in the reconstruction, repair, or restoration of damaged property that is the subject of a claim they are adjusting. Both Browne and Sottilare have been sentenced to five years of probation and each ordered to repay the victim $126,000 in restitution, plus 100 hours of community service. Browne’s Florida Public Adjuster license was temporarily suspended last summer. Although no valid license is currently listed, Browne’s website remains active, specifically soliciting Louisiana business, yet stating he is licensed and bonded in the state of Florida.

Browne lost his public adjusters license and paid back $126k.
Sottilare, in true form of his inability to tell the truth, whines to the judge that everything is someone else’s fault, and continues to lie about how he ended up there.
Sottilare has 60 days to scam other people and come up with $126k or he faces prison.
Sottilare is due in Bay county court this week to face civil lawsuits from another homeowner he screwed out of $25k.

On May 16th Anthony John Sottilare Jr, (career criminal, drug dealer, drug addict, wife be**er, s*xual predator) will be going back to court in Jackson County Florida to face overwhelming and very clear evidence that he willfully a knowingly defrauded an elderly disabled homeowner after his home was damaged by Hurricane Michael.
Sottilare stole over $125k for repairs and skipped town while the homeowner was in a nursing rehab facility.
Sottilares co defendant Kenneth Brown, from Boynton Beach, a public adjuster, already took a plea bargain, 5 years felony probation, paying back the $125k and MUST testify against Sottilare.
Sottilare, a true sociopath, is trying to maintain his innocence. Sottilare used the funds to pay for an extravagant lifestyle of drugs, prostitutes and strip clubs, and then fled town to central Florida.
Sottilare has another criminal fraud case in Bay county and another civil case where Sottilare stole $25k from another Hurricane Michael homeowner.
