YEAH! City hall permitting services finally gives us the C.O.! The owner of Market on South thought he'd never see the day! Lucky for him he hired the right firm, , to help him navigate the permitting, building, and inspection process. Says the owner, "Now we can focus on getting the place ready to open! We're hoping to open our doors in 3 weeks!" Orlando vegans and vegetarians get ready!

Furniture movers delivering our desks to our new location. Desks are made of reclaimed hardwood that were previously used as doors. And the iron base is zinc colored. Now all we need are projects to design and build so that we can pay for the new furniture!

Inquiring as to the status of drawings, I ask one of our designers "how are the construction documents coming along? We gonna make that deadline?" The designer replies "working on them now boss. I'll meet the deadline. No sweat!" Satisfied, I walk away. Only to come back a few minutes later to this; "Facebook?! WTF! I thought you said you were working on the drawings!?" Caught off guard the designer replies "oh my bad."

Construction worker using a tape measure as a weapon, demands money saying to the electrician on the ladder: "yo man, give me yo lunch money or I'll knock you with dis hear tape measure!'
