d in the Ledges Condominium complex which is at mile marker 20.5 in the heart of Osage Beach. You will be comfortable sleeping in the master bedroom on a king size bed, enjoy vaulted ceiling, sliding doors that provide access to the deck, flat screen Cable TV w/DVD and an adjoining master bath with double sinks, large mirror, bath/shower combo and convenient blow dryer. Our spacious 2nd Bedroom with king size bed and flat screen Cable TV provides you with vaulted ceiling, plenty of storage and a tranquil atmosphere. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with king bed and flat screen Cable TV, also has vaulted ceiling, storage, and hooks for your convenience. There are two queen beds, plus a queen sized futon, Flat screen Cable TV with DVD, ceiling fan and plenty of storage. We have games to play, puzzles, magazines, and books for everyone to enjoy. We love to cook and our kitchen is well stocked, in addition to the obvious, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. There is a toaster, blender, coffee maker, Crock pot, and griddle. The basic dinnerware, glassware, utensils, corkscrew, etc. are also provided. A large gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking. A full size washer/dryer in the unit for your use, laundry detergent available. The Ledges has (2) swimming pools, plus the sand beach swim area. One pool and the beach are located a short stroll away from our condo, and if you walk down the manicured waterfront path, you will find the second pool is overlooking the main channel with an outstanding view! Your water craft can be launched at the marina located close to our complex. You can also rent various water craft from the local marinas, minutes away. The Ledges is in the heart of Osage Beach, the hub of most activities at the Lake of the Ozarks.
