Within the living room, you will find a flat screen tv and beaufiful furnishings that offer a cozy respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
This home provides 4 different sleeping spaces for 8 guests to comfortably enjoy. The master suite houses a king size bed, large dresser with mirror, two night stands with lamps, two closets and a full bathroom. In the second bedroom, you will find a full-on-full bunk bed with a large closet and dresser with a mirror. Situated between the master suite and this second bedroom is a fully equipped bathroom. The third bedroom contains a queen size bed, two night stands with lamps, a closet and dresser with mirror. Finally, the custom living room sofa turns into a queen size bed. Each of the five beds consist of memory foam mattresses allowing guests restful, quality sleep after partaking in the numerous activities and adventures found in and around Pagosa Springs.
From the kitchen, step out onto the private deck that includes patio chairs, a gas fireplace and BBQ grill. As you sit on the deck, you may have the opportunity to enjoy the deer and elk that come to graze on the grass or traverse the yard as it is a migration route for these wild, woodland creatures. Or partake in some outdoor games with family and friends. Although this mountain home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it is only minutes away from coffee shops, restaurants and brewery, grocery stores and gas stations, the golf club, mini-golf, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, the hot springs and downtown Pagosa.
