Lucy and I are sitting down to dinner on the balcony with a sweet Thai fish soup called latke brimming w red snapper steaks and shrimp, shallots, sweet red bell pepper swimming in coconut cream, and garnishes of basil and chives!! Accompanied with something LaCroix water and red raspberry floaters!!

Food food food! The fuel of life!! Top grade or unleaded premium!! Sauces enhance flavor, and that's a big part of July 4th celebrating!! Let's make some salsas Floribbean style-- that's a tiny spice and tropical fruity!! (So I get invited back next year!!) Pool parties are nothing without the salsa-- minus pushes into the pool and possible arrests!! 🥳😏
Floribbean salsa is pureed pineapple mango peach baby cherry tomato tomatillo onion garlic and some mini red bell pepper!! Sea salt and olive oil for going down easy!!
I have dressed them up with some kitchen ambiance, and to get to the party?? Make use of that shaken not stirred cocktail mixer you don't use now that WE NO LonGer NEED it as we no longer drink!!!! 90 days strong this week!!
Let's feed a village at a time!!
